Companion Bill HB1179. Motor Vehicles - Expands scope of §55-17-127 by including any pre-owned motor vehicle that is purchased in a political subdivision that requires emissions testing or vehicle inspections instead of only subdivisions requiring both testing and inspections; requires dealer to rescind purchase agreement or make required repairs if vehicle fails test or inspection after sale. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 17, Part 1.
