Companion Bill HB2257. Mobile Homes and Manufactured Buildings - Authorizes commissioner of commerce and insurance to levy penalties, including civil penalty up to $5,000 per violation, for violations of requirements for modular buildings; specifies that ready-removables are not modular building units for regulatory purposes; makes other technical changes relative to modular buildings. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 126.
