Clerks, Court - Requires administrative office of the courts to provide travel reimbursement to clerks who attend at least 75 percent of the conference's training sessions. - Amends TCA Title 18, Chapter 1, Part 5 and Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 6.

Increase State Expenditures - $35,000 Other Fiscal Impact - Funds currently appropriated to AOC that have been transferred from other functions to cover excess training costs will remain with those functions.
