Companion Bill SB1574. Claims Commission, Tennessee - Grants commission, its staff, and employees of division of claims administration access to reports of child abuse or child sexual abuse for purpose of determining if claim filed with commission based on facts in the record is compensable crime and whether claimant's injuries caused by such crime. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1.
