Civil Service - Increases frequency of meetings of civil service commission when appeals are pending; requires civil service rules be promulgated in accordance with "Uniform Administrative Procedures Act"; and makes other technical changes regarding civil service system. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 30. Fiscal Summary for SB2221 / *HB2280 MINIMAL Bill Summary for SB2221 / *HB2280 This bill revises various provisions regarding civil service and the civil service commission, as follows: (1) Present law requires that the commission to meet at least once every three months and at such other times as are specified by call of the chair, the commissioner of personnel, or the governor.
