Fiscal Summary for *HB2280 / SB2221 MINIMAL Bill Summary for *HB2280 / SB2221 This bill revises various provisions regarding civil service and the civil service commission, as follows: (1) Present law requires that the commission to meet at least once every three months and at such other times as are specified by call of the chair, the commissioner of personnel, or the governor.
