Fiscal Summary for *SB0428 / HB0438 Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for *SB0428 / HB0438 This bill revises certain procedures governing divorce and legal separation. This bill lengthens waiting periods for certain irreconcilable differences divorces and establishes waiting periods for certain other divorces.
