Companion Bill SB1677. Health Care - Requires the department of health rather than local school officials to review and approve or disapprove applications for medical and religious exemptions from school immunizations; requires such applications to be notarized and to be renewed annually; requires certain information regarding the risks of choosing not to immunize to be provided to parents or guardians. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
