Domestic Relations - Exempts from the $62.50 marriage license fee those applicants who have previously been married, who are 50 years of age or older, who are on active duty military service and are to be deployed out of state within 30 days, and those who have income at or below poverty level and no religious affiliation. - Amends TCA Section 36-6-413.
