Companion Bill SB1534. Child Custody and Support - Requires department of human services to review child support guidelines every three years. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 5. Fiscal Summary for HB1802 / *SB1534Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for HB1802 / *SB1534 Present law requires the department of human services to review the child support guidelines at least every four years from the date of promulgation and revise the guidelines, if necessary, to ensure that the application of the guidelines results in the determination of appropriate child support award amounts.
