Child Custody and Support - Adds attorneys fees and expenses for workers' compensation cases as an additional exception from superiority of liens for overdue child support; authorizes the judge to award up to 20 percent of the total amount of workers' compensation payable to the injured party who owes overdue child support. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 5, Part 9 and Title 50, Chapter 6, Part 2.
