Companion Bill SB0270. Criminal Offenses - Creates new offense of knowingly leaving child under seven in motor vehicle without supervision on any premises generally frequented by the public; punishable by permissible safety training and as a Class B misdemeanor with a $200 fine only for first offense and a $500 fine only for second or subsequent offense. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10.
