Children's Services, Dept. of - Allows persons who are the subject of a department report or their parents or guardians, and members of the general assembly with their permission, to obtain copies of records; requires copies of records to be provided to any government agency for the purpose of protecting children from abuse and neglect and requires information related to child fatalities or near fatalities to be made available to the public. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 5.
