Companion Bill SB0027. Child Custody and Support - Creates a procedure for a child or representative of a child to petition for a temporary order to suspend visitation with a parent who was previously found to have committed child abuse against any child and who is now alleged to have threatened to commit or committed child abuse against the child with whom the parent has been granted visitation. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 6.
