Companion Bill SB2069.

Capital Punishment - Provides that no sentence of death may be carried out from the effective date of the act through May 2, 2009, although trials for and the other procedure involving the offense of first degree murder may still proceed. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 2.
