Comptroller, State - Prohibits the comptroller of the treasury from offering or making a campaign contribution to any candidate for election to state, county, or municipal offices and from knowingly engaging in any activity to directly or indirectly generate, collect, or distribute campaign contributions for the benefit of such a candidate. - Amends TCA Section 8-4-107.
