Companion Bill SB0756. Pharmacy, Pharmacists - Moves the board of pharmacy from commerce and insurance to the division of health related boards; revises various provisions regarding the practice of a pharmacist. - Amends TCA Section 4-3-1304 and Title 63, Chapter 10. Fiscal Summary for *HB0549 / SB0756Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Other Fiscal Impact - There will be a transfer of $899,300 in state expenditures, $1,380,000 in state revenues, and $1,780,800 in reserve funds from the Department of Commerce and Insurance to the Department of Health. All funds will stay with the Board of Pharmacy which will continue to be self supporting.
