Pensions and Retirement Benefits - Adds two vested police officers as members of the board of trustees for the state retirement system, each to be appointed by the executive board of the Tennessee lodge of the fraternal order of police. - Amends TCA Section 8-34-302.

This bill increases the number of members who serve on the state retirement system board of trustees from 19 to 21 by adding two law enforcement officers who are vested in the retirement system. The executive board of the Tennessee lodge of the fraternal order of police will appoint the two new members. The two new members will serve two-year terms.
