Fiscal Summary for *HB1006 / SB1728(CORRECTED) Increase State Revenues - $162,500 Increase State Expenditures - $55,200 Recurring $3,200 One-Time Other Fiscal Impact - Transfers all revenues (FY05-06 - $166,363), expenditures (FY05-06 - $153,293) and deficits (FY05-06 - $674,000) of the Home Improvement Commission to the State Board for Licensing Contractors.
