Companion Bill SB0802. Boards and Commissions - Requires the division of health related boards and all boards and committees thereunder to include an amount that will be the maximum amount owed by the licensee or certificate holder in any order in which the payment of costs has been assessed; requires the division, council, board, or committee to mail a final costs assessment to the license or certificate holder within 60 days of the effective date of the order. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 1, Part 1.
