Bill Summary for *HB0182 / SB0511

Present law prohibits convicted felons from being bail bondsmen or agents of bail bondsmen. This bill would limit the current prohibition against convicted felons serving as bail bondsmen or agents of bail bondsmen to only those convicted felons whose citizenship rights have not been restored.
