Autopsies - Requires that the body or remains of any dead human subject to an autopsy or pathology examination be delivered to the next of kin "within 15 days" after the completion of the autopsy or pathology examination, instead of "as soon as practicable" after the autopsy or exam. - Amends TCA Title 38 and Title 68.
