ON APRIL 12, 2007, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 98, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 removes the minimum population requirement for regional bar associations to bring legal action to stop the unauthorized practice of law, so that all such regional associations may bring such an action.
