Companion Bill SB1976. Annexation - Requires a referendum for certain purposes be held for a vote of property owners of areas proposed for annexation by a municipality located in a county where an annexation reserve agreement satisfies the requirements of the growth plan. - Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 51 and Title 6, Chapter 58.
