Companion Bill SB0172. Animals and Animal Cruelty - Expands the types of animals intentionally killed for which the court must consider the cost of training when determining the animal's value for purposes of imposing a penalty to include all service animals, instead of just guide dogs, and to include fire dogs, search and rescue dogs, and police horses. - Amends TCA Section 39-14-205.
