Anatomical Gifts - Clarifies that decisions relating to anatomical gifts may be made by agents or surrogates designated pursuant to the Tennessee Health Care Decisions Act and removes the provision requiring consideration of the wishes of minor children where no spouse or adult child survives the decedent. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 30, Part 1.
