SB2341 - Tennessee: Algood

Algood - Subject to local approval, authorizes the city council by a two-thirds vote to fix the salaries of councilmen prior to each municipal election, which compensation shall not be altered prior to the end of the term for which the councilmen were elected; also authorizes the council to establish by resolution the procedure for reimbursing councilmen for necessary expenses incurred in connection with city business. - Amends Chapter 69 of the Private Acts of 1977.
