Companion Bill SB0241. Alcoholic Offenses - Requires a law enforcement officer who has probable cause to believe a driver committed DUI, vehicular assault, vehicular homicide, or aggravated vehicular homicide to administer or request a test to determine the blood alcoholic content of a driver involved in an accident resulting in death or when there is a reasonable belief that death will result. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10.
