ON MARCH 22, 2007, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 1770, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 authorizes on-the-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages at a restaurant located within the Merchants Greene retail center in Hamblen County.
