Provides for a recess or an adjournment of the Senate on October 4 or 5, 2007, until October 15, 2007 (or until another time of reassembly under this concurrent resolution).

Authorizes the Majority Leader of the Senate, after consultation with the Senate Minority Leader, to notify the Members to reassemble whenever the public interest shall warrant it.
