To provide authority to the Peace Corps to provide separation pay for host country resident personal services contractors of the Peace Corps.

Establishes in the Treasury a fund for the Peace Corps to provide separation payments for host country resident personal services contractors of the Peace Corps. Makes fund amounts beginning in FY2007 available without fiscal year limitation for such payments.
