H.R.3510 - Federal Government - To prohibit the imposition and collection of tolls on certain highways constructed using Federal funds.

Prohibits, with a specified exception, the imposition or collection of a toll on any portion of a federal highway facility: (1) that is in existence upon enactment of this Act; and (2) on which no toll is imposed or collected under a tolling provision on such enactment.
