HOSPITAL PROVIDER FUND-TRANSFR

Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that in addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, as soon as may be practical after the effective date of this amendatory Act, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the sum of $1,200,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Hospital Provider Fund. Effective immediately.
