$HFS-HOSPITAL PROVIDER FUND

Appropriates $1,200,000,000 from the Hospital Provider Fund to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for making payments to hospitals as required under Articles V, VI, and XIV of the Illinois Public Aid Code and under the Children's Health Insurance Program Act. Effective immediately.
