To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage of marriage and family therapist services under Medicare part B, and for other purposes.

Medicare Marriage and Family Therapist Services Improvement Act - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage of marriage and family therapist services under Medicare part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) and for coverage of marriage and family therapist services provided in rural health clinics and hospice programs.

Amends Medicare part C (Miscellaneous) to exclude such services from the skilled nursing facility prospective payment system.

Authorizes marriage and family therapists to develop discharge plans for post-hospital services.
