To amend title 10, United States Code, to require emergency contraception to be available at all military health care treatment facilities.
4/26/2007--Introduced. Compassionate Care for Servicewomen Act - Requires emergency contraception to be included on the basic core formulary of the uniform formulary of pharmaceutical agents for the pharmacy benefits program of the Department of Defense. States that prior authorization shall not be required for such contraception.
