A bill to require periodic reports on claims related to acts of terrorism against Americans perpetrated or supported by the Government of Libya. 10/18/2007--Passed Senate without amendment.    (There are 2 other summaries) (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. Directs the Secretary of State to report to the appropriate congressional committees (as defined in this Act) every 180 days respecting unresolved claims by U.S. nationals against the government of Libya for personal injury or death caused by acts of torture, extrajudicial killing, aircraft sabotage, hostage taking, or the aiding of such acts by Libyan agents.
