To authorize grants for contributions toward the establishment of the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library. 9/24/2007--Passed House without amendment.    (There is 1 other summary) (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. Permits a grant to be made under this Act only from funds appropriated to the Archivist specifically for that purpose. Requires non-federal matching funds of at least double the amount of the grant.
