A bill to provide for the reinstatement of a license for a certain Federal Energy Regulatory Commission project. 6/11/2007--Introduced.
Directs the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), upon the request of the licensee for project numbered 7307, to extend the time required for commencement of project construction until 24 months after the date of enactment of this Act.
