To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to adjust the fee for collecting specimens for clinical diagnostic laboratory tests under the Medicare Program.

Medicare Laboratory Services Access Act of 2007 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act with respect to fee schedules for clinical diagnostic laboratory tests and the Medicare laboratory specimen collection fee. Sets such fee at $6.07 for 2008, and the same adjusted for inflation in subsequent years, to cover the appropriate cost of collecting the sample on which a clinical diagnostic laboratory test was performed and for which payment is made.
