To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide waivers relating to grants for preventive health measures with respect to breast and cervical cancers. 4/20/2007--Public Law. National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program Reauthorization Act of 2007 - (Sec. 2) Amends the Public Health Service Act to change from 2000 to 2020 the target year for achieving the objectives established by the Secretary of Health and Human Services for reductions in the rate of mortality from breast and cervical cancer in the United States for the committee coordinating Public Health Service activities.
