To extend the District of Columbia College Access Act of 1999.
10/24/2007--Public Law. (There are 4 other summaries) (This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the Senate on September 19, 2007. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Amends the District of Columbia Access Act of 1999 to authorize the public school and private school tuition assistance programs established under the Act through FY2012. Redefines the term "eligible student" under such Act to include an individual from a family with a taxable annual income of less than $1 million.
