To amend the provisions of law relating to the John H. Prescott Marine Mammal Rescue Assistance Grant Program, and for other purposes. 3/19/2007--Passed House without amendment. Authorizes entanglement response agreements. Authorizes appropriations through FY2010 to carry out the John H. Prescott Marine Mammal Rescue Assistance Grant Program.
