Calling on the Russian Federation to withdraw its military forces, armaments, and ammunition stockpiles from the sovereign territory of the Republic of Moldova.

Calls upon the Russian Federation to fulfill its commitments and withdraw its military forces and remove its military stockpiles from the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova.

Declares that the present armed forces stationed in the Security Zone of Moldova should be replaced with a multinational peacekeeping contingent.
