Recognizes that the month provides U.S. citizens an opportunity to learn more about Internet dangers and the importance of being safe and responsible online.

Commends and recognizes national and community organizations for promoting Internet danger awareness and helping develop critical thinking and decision-making skills that are needed to use the Internet safely.

Calls for increased efforts to raise awareness for the need for online safety in the United States.
