Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives with respect to National Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month and supports the goals and ideals of such Month.

Urges national and community organizations, private businesses, colleges and universities, and the media to promote, through such Month, awareness of sexual violence and strategies to decrease the incidence of sexual assault.
