H.R.237 - Federal Government - To amend title 49, United States Code, to exempt airports in economically depressed communities from matching grant obligations under the airport improvement program.

Amends the airport improvement program to provide that the federal share of costs for airport improvement projects at airports that are receiving subsidized small community air service and that are located in economically depressed communities shall be 100% (effectively exempting such airports from matching grant requirements under the program).
