Supports the goals of International Women's Day.

Recognizes and honors the women in the United States and in other countries who have fought and continue to struggle for gender equality and women's rights.

Reaffirms the Senate's commitment to ending discrimination and violence against women and girls and to pursuing policies that guarantee the basic rights of women and girls in the United States and in other countries.
