Declares that the House of Representatives has heard with profound sorrow and deep regret the announcement of the death of the Honorable Charles W. Norwood, Jr., a Representative from Georgia.

Declares that when the House adjourns on February 14, 2007, it stand adjourned as a further mark of respect to the memory of Representative Norwood.
