Sets the daily hour of meeting of the First Session of the 110th Congress, until Monday, May 14, 2007, at: (1) 2 p.m. on Mondays; (2) 12 noon on Tuesdays; and (3) 10 a.m. on all other days of the week. Sets the daily hour of meeting from Monday, May 14, 2007, until the end of the first session at: (1) 12 noon on Mondays; (2) 10 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; and (3) 9 a.m. on all other days of the week.
